The Aloft Hotel in Richardson is centrally located in the central public plaza of the Cityline office/retail/living development. The design of the ground level public space is focused on the exterior plaza, with a full height glass wall offering uninterrupted views. Operable glass at the WXYZ Bar & Lounge allows the interior space to flow outdoors, connecting to the plaza via an elevated deck. The second floor swimming pool is framed in a stone-clad portal and overlooks the plaza below. Guest rooms were designed to be spacious and upbeat. Rooms on the northside second level feature balconies overlooking the plaza.
